Jaymie plays a pivotal role in supporting sustainable growth and ensuring compliance across diverse portfolios.
Passionate about professional development, Jaymie enjoys mentoring up-and-coming underwriters and insurance professionals, helping them build confidence and sharpen their skills in a dynamic industry.
Outside of work, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family, getting lost in a good book, taking peaceful walks with her dog, and nurturing her newfound passion for gardening. Her balanced approach to work and life reflects a deep commitment to both excellence and personal well-being.
Bethany Jones
VP of Operational Awesomeness
Bethany Jones is our VP of Operations. She has over 4 years of experience in the industry. She started her career at Care Professional Liability Association. She is working part time for Evolve and part time for HPC Financial Services.
Bethany has over 20 years of experience in the marketing, events, & sports industry working at the Fiesta Bowl, Kentucky Speedway (NASCAR), Belterra Casino and the Kentucky Lottery.
Bethany loves to learn and be challenged so obtained her MBA, Masters in Higher Education, Sports Administration & Bachelors in Communication.
When Bethany isn’t working for Evolve and HPC she is busy as a real estate agent, staying active in the community (church, alumni groups), and most importantly spending time with her family which includes her adorable one-year-old son, Xavier, and her fur babies.
