She stepped away from insurance to serve as Director of Development at Brethren Housing Association, an organization that had once served her. As a young mother who had her first child in high school, BHA had been part of her foundation. She graduated from their program upon finishing high school and leaving for college. Returning as a leader years later wasn&#8217;t just a career move. At The Doctors Company, she managed an $8M portfolio and generated over $500K in new premium in a single year. At CURI, she was promoted three times in four years, ultimately leading a $25M MPL portfolio and guiding complex risk decisions on submissions ranging from $1M to $30M.
